The visionary founder of M. ABBAS & SONS Real Estate & Builders, Haji Muhammad Abbas Malik laid the foundation of the company with values of trust, honesty, and hard work. He began his entrepreneurial journey with Zahid Oil Mills and Zahid Commission Shop in Raiwind, establishing a reputation for integrity that still defines the company today.
Under his far-sighted leadership, the business expanded into the Real Estate and Construction sector in 2005 at Sunder Raiwind Road, and later grew into Wapda Town (2010) and Bahria Orchard (2018). His wisdom and lifelong commitment to ethical business practices remain the guiding principle of every transaction.
Shahid Abbas Malik
As the Elder Son of the Founder, Shahid Abbas Malik serves as the Chief Executive Officer - M. ABBAS & SONS. With over 20 years of leadership in the real estate and construction industry, Shahid Abbas Malik has been the driving force behind M. ABBAS & SONS since its establishment. Under his guidance, the company has grown into a trusted name, delivering high-quality residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Punjab. Throughout the years, Shahid Abbas Malik has built a reputation for integrity, innovation, and hands-on leadership. Zahid Abbas Malik
As the younger son of the founder, Zahid Abbas Malik serves as the Managing Director of M. ABBAS & SONS. With a proven track record in the real estate and construction industry, he brings a wealth of experience in project execution, construction management, and high-value deal closures. Since the company's inception, Zahid Abbas Malik has played a pivotal role in its growth and success. With hands-on expertise in construction and development, he has overseen the timely delivery of numerous residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, each executed with precision, quality, and attention to detail.

Since its establishment in 1996, the company has been committed to delivering exceptional value, uncompromising integrity, and professional excellence to individuals, families, and investors across Lahore.
The foundation of the company was laid by Haji Muhammad Abbas Malik, who began his entrepreneurial journey with Zahid Oil Mills and Zahid Commission Shop in Raiwind. Guided by a vision for growth and innovation, the business expanded into the Real Estate and Construction sector in 2005, operating from Sunder Raiwind Road, Raiwind and laying the groundwork for what has become one of the region's trusted property consultancy firms.
As the company continued to grow, M. ABBAS & SONS established its presence in Wapda Town in 2010, where it successfully served clients for eight years. In 2018, the company relocated to Bahria Orchard, Lahore, where it continues to provide comprehensive real estate, construction, and investment consultancy services with the same dedication to quality and client satisfaction.
Today, the company is proudly led by the second generation, Shahid Abbas Malik and Zahid Abbas Malik, who carry forward the vision and values established by their father. Their leadership combines decades of industry experience with a modern, client-focused approach, ensuring that every transaction is handled with professionalism, transparency, and meticulous attention to detail.
